How to tune your Ronroco
- Click Start Tuning above and allow microphone access.
- Play one string (or note) at a time, close to the microphone.
- The tuner shows the nearest target note and how many cents you are off.
- Tighten to raise the pitch, loosen to lower it, until the display turns green.

Ronroco tuning
The ronroco is the large member of the charango family: 10 strings in 5 double courses with a deeper, fuller voice.
The most common tuning (Argentine/Bolivian) is D – G – B – E – B (D4 G4 B4 E4 B4), a fourth below the charango. As on the charango, the 3rd course is an octave pair: B4 and B3.
In Chile it is often tuned a full octave below the charango: G3 C4 E4 A3 E4.
